I’ve spent the last decade building trust across very different worlds and contexts: mentoring founders one day, training engineers the next, advising (social) innovation projects on another, and co-designing strategies with startups, corporations, and universities.

My strength is in knowing how to adapt innovation processes or ideas to people, timing, and realities.

Collaborators reach out to me because I listen with care and holistically, move with clarity, and don’t rely on buzzwords. I make things feel doable: whether it’s crafting a story investors believe in, running a workshop that unlocks energy/inspiration, or helping a team navigate a shift they can’t quite name yet.

I don’t offer off-the-shelf solutions. You will have me fully present, committed, and with a mindset for gaining momentum. That’s what makes my work stick and what makes people come back.
